Nickel, lead, cadmiumREACH · EN 1811
REACH Annex XVII limits nickel release from parts in prolonged skin contact to 0.5 µg/cm²/week, and restricts lead and cadmium in jewelry. The UK applies the same limits under UK REACH.
On request, we send ear wires, clasps and other metal parts to a third-party lab for EN 1811 nickel release testing, quoted separately.

Common questions
Are your pearls natural or cultured?
All our pearls are cultured, freshwater and saltwater (Akoya, South Sea, Tahitian). We do not sell imitation or shell pearls.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide from Zhuji, Zhejiang. In-stock items are processed in 1–3 business days. One logistics partner handles export clearance, international freight, import customs and final delivery, so you get a single tracking number. US orders can go DDP so the buyer pays no duty on arrival. Delivery to major US and European destinations usually takes 9–15 days; we quote exact transit times per destination and service.
Can I order samples first?
Yes, and we recommend it for wholesale and custom orders. Samples and their shipping are paid separately.
Why do I pay a Hong Kong company?
OCEAN BULE (HK) LIMITED is Tianqi Jewelry's Hong Kong affiliate. It handles contracts and foreign-currency payments for international orders, which keeps wire transfers and PayPal simple. If your purchasing process requires a mainland China supplier, Shenzhen Tianqi Jewelry Co., Ltd. can invoice you directly. Just tell us before you order.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Send us photos or a video after delivery. High-value items are returned and handled; for low-value items we usually reship or refund without asking you to send them back.
